Bow is an ancient area of East London which borders the London 2012 Games site. It was also the site of the Match Girls dispute in 1888 which changed the fortunes of working women forever.

See one of the last tidal mills in England owned originally by the Knights Templar, now film studios used to make Big Brother, plus many films and other TV shows and to co-ordinate the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics Opening and Closing ceremonies.

Visit a lost cemetery and hear about the ancient abbey.
